Very disappointing experience. The hotel failed to provide a room with proper beds for children, despite this being clearly requested in advance. Even worse, I was promised a refund by email. After following up, I was told it had been sent to the bank — and then communication completely stopped. Over 40 days later, no refund and no response. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and trustworthiness.
