We've been Hapimag members for many years, but this was our first stay at this property. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt so welcomed and valued. The staff member who assisted us during check-in was absolutely wonderful; warm, friendly, and made us feel genuinely appreciated. We stayed in a room on the top floor, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and couldn't be better. Unfortunately, we could only stay for 14 hours as this was a quick winter weekend getaway, but we absolutely loved every moment. We hope to return soon and spend more time enjoying this wonderful hotel. It was a fantastic stay!
