We have waited quite a long time to leave this review mainly because we were trying to forget the awful experience of this hotel Booked a transfer through the hotel we wernt advised that there would be no one on reception when we arrived even though they knew the arrival time. when we arrived had to pry open front doors to enter hence security is clearly non exsisitant Air con turned on in the middle of the night remote didn’t work to turn it off no one to help, No number to call out of hours or security Everything online is misleading no robes in room no bartender, breakfast was awful got laughed at by the rude female receptionist when we said we were worried the taxi wasn’t going to turn up as we had no confirmation Staff were very patronising lack of any caring or consideration for the guests When someone smashed a glass by the pool they simply swept it up and left shards by the pool and didn’t even check to see if any had gone in or clean the pool There is a lot of road noise from a busy road by the pool and lots of wasps DO NOT STAY HERE
