Dear Hotel Manager,
I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The tv in the room was not working, and the refrigerator was also not working. I reported these problems, but they were not fixed.
Most importantly, I have a handicapped son, and I specifically requested an accessible room. When we arrived, we were not given an accessible room, which made our stay very difficult and uncomfortable.
This is unacceptable, especially for a family with a disability. I am requesting a refund or compensation for these issues.
