    necessary information already included in the booking confirmation? I patiently sent them my booking details again, but once more, I was ignored. They acted as if they had never received my cancellation request and continued sending me booking confirmation messages. I was truly very angry and sent another request. They replied yet again asking me to provide the hotel branch name. I genuinely could not understand this behavior. I even sent messages to the hotel’s WhatsApp number, but my messages were not read. It wasn’t until February 11th that they finally read my message and asked if I needed assistance. Since I was unable to cancel the booking, I had to change my itinerary again and go to Makati first. After checking in, I finally understood why they were so determined not to cancel and refund my booking — most likely because no one would want to return to this hotel a second time. So they try to “keep” their guests in a very foolish way. The hotel is old and run-down. The room is very small with poor soundproofing. The hallway is narrow, the elevator is extremely slow, and the elevator waiting area has no air conditioning — it is stuffy and hot. The room itself is outdated. The air conditioner blows directly toward the head of the bed, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. I simply could not tolerate it and had to book another hotel to stay in. Furthermore, they claim they do not provide disposable slippers for environmental reasons, but they also do not provide any complimentary slippers at all — you have to pay extra if you want them. There was hair left in the sink, grit on the floor, and dust in the corners of the table. Overall, the quality is extremely poor.
