Good hotel, well appointed, friendly staff, and excellent Breakfast. BUT I had booked 2 nights, was disappointed that when asked on check in if I wanted the room cleaned after the first night I replied yes - but returned to the hotel late to find no cleaning of the room had taken place.
Firstly, why does the hotel suggest no cleaning service after the first night - there was no offer of reduced rates to support this.
Secondly, having asked me and been told I wanted the room cleaned to then not do it is disrespectful and/or poor service. I did report this to reception who said ‘I will point that out to the staff, I had flagged it to be done’
