This place lacks basic professionalism. No responsibility. Although this is a personal problem with concerned lady hoe I don't want to mention the name,i dont want to blame to management nor anyone this was my madness with her. Please be careful before dealing. Very unprofessional behavior. I trusted and shared my personal problems expecting understanding and support. Instead I felt ignored and misunderstood. It was emotionally disappointing. Management needs to take responsibility. Poor co-ordination false commitment, and no proper response to issue. Immediate improvement is required. Management has failed to uphold basic standards of professionalism. False assurance, poor leadership, and complete disregard for serious internal mismanagement. There is a serous ongoing problem that has failed to resolve if this riots continues then I ll come with 100s things. Despite repeated this reflect poor accountability and weak problem handling. Please provide me directly to Concerned head. I had mailed on this regards to hotel.
