Our main objective in coming to The Zuri was rejuvenation through Ayurvedic treatments. However, we received so much more than that, thanks to the unparalleled service and warmth of the people here. We no longer see them just as staff; we consider them our extended family. We have faced significant health challenges recently, including heart and back surgeries. Without a doubt, this resort has been pivotal in our recovery. The targeted treatments have meant that many of our ailments have been eliminated or significantly diminished. Beyond the people, the Lime Tree Restaurant provided exceptional dining. From fresh fruit and healthy yogurts to fresh fish, lobster, and giant prawns, as well as international and North Indian dishes—everything was delicious. We cannot praise Executive Chef Boban and his team enough. Finally, the management team, led by General Manager Sarat Vasraj (whom we have known since 2010), is the sole reason we return year after year for extended periods. The unique service culture Sarat has cultivated surpasses anything we have experienced in our worldwide travels. He is to be highly commended for this. As long as this incredible standard continues, we will plan our return!
