I did not get as far as staying with them - I tried a couple of times to book and received confirmation that everything had gone through but it later transpired that my card had been declined. How? I never got any such notifications. It was all down to me selecting the discounted rate. Jean Luc contacted me directly on Whatsapp, wanting me to pay immediately. There was no system in place to do so. I thought we would maybe come to a solution in a friendly manner but I felt that there was no desire to do so from Jean Luc's side. He was reluctant to receive my feedback on the whole booking experience. A shame, really, as the place looks quite nice. I did not get a great vibe, to be honest. The direct messaging looking for money left me feeling uncomfortable also.
