Reception team was very responsive with clear instructions with videos on key retrieval. Also on hand with prompt responses via WhatsApp if we had questions (WiFi). Plenty of towels for all five of us; thank you for that! WiFi worked great, hot water in showers also appreciated along with Clean linen. Beds were okay as far as comfort. B&B Suggested garage and price for parking garage for overnight was actually ten euro more which seems expensive, but on-street parking is not really an option. The Naples tourist tax is pretty steep if you ask me; nothing to do with B&B, but a consideration for those considering visiting. A toaster would have been nice to have on hand. Fridge was turned off so it took a while to cool off for our food and the ice in the freezer melted leaking into the fridge.
