The hotel looks nice, but service is a problem. Wake up calls arrived only inconsistently. The overpriced computer time is made even worse by glitches caused by the service provider. The front desk staff was helpful after I made them aware of the problem. Later, another front desk employee was most sincere and forthcoming with information about trains at nearby Haymarket station - but if I had not double checked the information she gave me, I would have missed my train. Another problem: as a large tour group, we had some meals in a separate room. I found out later that these meals were quite inferior in quality to what is normally served in the hotel The dead spider I found in my coffee cup kind of sums it up: this Hilton does not live up to the standards I would associate with this well known hotel chain.
