The room was not clean at all. Smelled moldy and very high humidity. Even though it had grand opening back in last August but I came in February, it already looked dirty . The wall and ?bad tub had stains. Mold and spider web on the ceiling, especially the black mold is right above the bed. Luckily we didnt stay for very long before we noticed the mold, but it still affected breathing condition.

When we requested specific images or evidence to support our claims and compensation, you were unable to provide any.Regarding air quality: After checking the system after you left, we noted that the air conditioner in the room was set at 28°C for the entire 6 hours you stayed. In February weather conditions, such a high temperature can cause a stuffy feeling and increased humidity, and this is not due to the quality of the hotel's infrastructure.Regarding your refund request: You checked in and used the services for 6 hours before requesting a free check-out. According to our general policy, we cannot process a refund request without a valid reason.
