Check in was smooth and the staff friendly. Nice lounge/lobby area and the breakfast was lovely, with a good choice of food and veggie sausages made for us when we asked!
The room needed a little tlc, but was clean. Their was no one at the health club reception when we went to use the pool and no towels. We had to ask at main recpetion. Also, when wanting to go for a swim again in the morning, childrens lessons were taking place and the area for guests to use was crowded, so we didnt go. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was closed for repair but there was a steam and sauna.
Overall okay, but could do with some improvements.
