1) Better communicat communication as to the restaurant, it was closed on the first night and didn't serve the full menu presented online. 2) The superior room is small and the new build accommodation is more like student housing. 3) Lack of staff and service during meal times, waited nearly 40 mins between courses and wasn't offered any drinks.
