Hello, I am writing this review to honestly share our experience, especially to help families with young children. If you are looking for a hotel suitable for children up to six years old, this is not a good option. The swimming pool is not child-friendly. It is 1.55 meters deep throughout and has no shallow area or seating ledges to rest. There is nowhere to sit and relax in the pool. I am 1.72 meters tall and still had to stand on my tiptoes while holding my five-year-old daughter the entire time. It was very uncomfortable and stressful instead of relaxing. We also had repeated issues with the magnetic room key card. It kept stopping working, and we had to go to reception twice to fix it. Additionally, we requested a comb because there was none in the room and we had forgotten ours. We were told it would be brought to us, but it never arrived before we checked out. The restaurant dinner was also very disappointing. The food had no flavor or seasoning at all. I ordered a carbonara, and the pasta was extremely overcooked and completely bland. Considering the high price we paid, the quality was unacceptable. We stayed only one night and decided to leave because the experience did not meet our expectations.
