    I ended up booking a room with 2 beds since that was all that was available. First of all, the room was too small for how the beds were arranged. There were no curtains on the windows, just shades that needed to be replaced. There was a smell in the room which might be from the area outside the hotel since it's close to the marsh area. My room phone wasn't working properly. When I checked in, I felt the person was lacking in customer service skills, that has been an issue in the past. I feel that the person could of been more friendly and acknowledged that I have been there before and welcomed me back. This hotel and this location needs to better train their front desk people in being more hospitable towards their guests. I also ordered some items that the robot delivers to the room, 30 minutes went by and I had to call the front desk to ask for the items to be delivered since I had been waiting. I also ordered room service and they were timely and friendly, good food too. I stay at this hotel cause the restaurant is good and the rooms have bathtubs plus the location but I do believe customer serive at check-in needs to improve.
