No hot water. This was a work trip and had to take cold showers the first 2 mornings I was here. They waved the resort fee but I honestly don’t think that makes up for me paying $400 a night, I expect better at that price. People got stuck in the elevator so my boss couldn’t access her room for about an hour. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Food was good at restaurant. Unfortunately my company will not be staying here again.
