When I arrived the staff was friendly, but in my room the TV was not working, I went to the reception and reported. They advised that a maintenance tech will be sent to my room immediately. I went out for dinner and when I came back it was still not working. Later I went for a shower and could not get the shower door open, it "dropped" and was scratching on the bottom frame. When I eventually got into the shower I found long hair against the wall and on the floor, I'm bald, so it clearly was not mine. Obviously the bathroom was not cleaned since someone else stayed there. At 23:00 I went to bed, TV still not working, no one showed up to check it. Extreme poor housekeeping and service for the price. I was traveling for more than 2 weeks, and on my way home, thinking I'm going to stay in a nice place the last night before heading home early the next morning. Should have gone to a guesthouse in the area. Rather support the local community than a corporate.
