Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to rest properly. The room was also far too hot, and the only way to sleep was with the windows open. The shower glass wall was poorly designed and inconvenient to use. The dining experience was frustrating. At dinner, there was no real choice — guests could only choose between two dishes, which felt very limiting. During breakfast and dinner, one staff member was particularly rude and unwelcoming. She would not allow guests to finish their breakfast if they were sitting at a different table, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
