We were initially transferred to another establishment without any prior notice, which was already a disappointing start. The room we were given faced the neighbouring sewage pipes, and the bathroom was extremely cramped—when seated on the toilet, my knees were touching the wall, and I am of average height. The toilet bowl itself was also unusually small. What I cannot understand is why we were placed in a non?view room when other, better rooms were clearly available. It left us with the impression that, because we booked from abroad (Singapore), we were not given the same consideration as other guests. To be fair, the breakfast was good, but overall the experience did not meet expectations.
