To start with. ********** have taken the funds from my bank account twice for the same stay. It has taken me no less than 3 hours to try and resolve this and as yet we aren’t getting anywhere. We booked into the hotel for two nights which was a mistake. The room we was given was still being worked on and the bathroom floor was covered in dust sheets and flakey paint everywhere. We were given a different room which was definitely better. That was until later that night. People were singing at the top of their voice at midnight. Kids were screaming and shouting at 6am and then to top it off the plumbing pipes began to rattle like they were going to explode!! We asked about breaking and was told it was continental only and would be easier going onto the front for something better ????. We couldn’t encounter another night of this so decided to cut my loses and forget the 2nd night. The lad in reception apologised and said he would speak to the manager and try and get me a refund. As yet I have heard nothing. Absolute nightmare and wouldn’t recommend
