Usual check in and out, in a deserted lobby. Location is excellent for the Quayside, with parking. Bedroom was clean. We stayed on the 4th floor and could hear every step of the people in the room above, like giant rats. Fortunately they seemed to visit the bathroom etc when we did. Breakfast was across the road and the usual options available. My only complaint, which applies to many places, is that there were no staff to clear the tables.
