    I usually don’t leave any reviews but this one is definitely necessary. The overall cleanliness of the room was in question. The lady at check in explained to me that they were under staffed so some of the rooms were left dirty and that put me on edge for the room that she was putting me in. Just as I thought, the room I was given was not the cleanest. There was urine drippings on the toilet bowl down to the floor, a rag was left on the furniture, stains on the ceiling and on the walls of something that looked like it could have just be wiped off, if someone at least tried. The towels and face clothes left in the room did not smell like they were fresh either. I opened one of the towels and there was a huge feather on the inside of the towel. Like how did you miss this, if you folded the towels? Unless you just left in the room whatever folded towels appeared to be unused by the previous guest, which is gross. Thankfully I brought my own sheets and towels because it didn’t seem as though whomever was responsible for the cleanliness of the room, cared at all. The temperature of the room never went higher than 71 and took almost 1 hour just to get there. It was below zero outside and I should have been able to turn the heat up to higher temperatures. The wall paper was falling apart and it look like there was clusters of dust just falling from the ceilings. I will not be staying here again on my future trips to the Berkshires.
