Refrigerator was barely cool. Asked for a replacement. Was told engineer was not available. I then asked if we could trade out a frig from a vacant room. Again told "no". However, the clerk said she could offer another room. I suggested it would be easier to just exchange frig from vacant room as we had already unpacked for a 3night stay. Again, no. We had just purchased food from local grocer so we had no choice but to move everything we had unpacked to the other room where the frig worked. btw next to the laundry room which was busy and noisy. I recommend anyone needing a frig check to make sure its working properly before unpacking.
