Absolutely terrible - we stayed 3 nights and I did not see one single hotel employee the whole time. Room was clean when we arrived. Double bed given for myself and my 13 year old son, one mattress, normally Europeans have 2 mattresses so not ideal. No wardrobe. Bathroom was so small and no towel rail or hooks - no where to put toiletries. Our room was not cleaned, no coffee/tea restocked, no toilet paper, no clean towels provided, bin not emptied, basically nothing.. There was a leak under the toilet. I could not voice my concerns as nobody was to be seen. Reception was closed every time.
