We stayed with a total of three for a weekend to see the All-Blacks vs. Scotland. Averon guest house is nicely located 5 to 10 minutes away from local theatre and grassmarket and also close to the Edinburgh castle. 15 minutes walking from Haymarket (bus station). We had three single beds, TV, towels and tea in the room, bathroom ensuite. Good breakfast with choice of coffee or tea, juice, cereals, eggs, sausage, toast, ... Friendly stuff!
