    Good morning, My family and I travel all around the world, we experienced many things , the experience here was very poorly, customer service person Ketlen was very rude and looked down on us , very arrogant person with very poor person communication skills. We were charged extra for a parking card , it was hard to check in , we had to go to 3 receptionist and paperwork checking, pictures taking , we lost over 1 hour of our stay doing paperwork and trying to find the checking in office. When we got to the room, bathroom was dirt , hair all over the drain line of the shower, missing toilet paper, sink faucet was broken, shower head was dripping water , fridge wasn’t cleaned and smelled mold, towels was overused and yellow. The best of all after the check out miss Ketlen reached out to us asking about a pillow that was missing to the property, basically accusing us of taking this item . I do rate this place terrible service and Ketlen a very rude and disrespectful person. Over all, upon reaching back home I will request full refund of our funds .
