Hi, Recently we have booked Radission resort for 03 days ( 30Oct-01Nov) for the marriage of my Nephew. Booked it considering the location and space. However i can share the resort has a long way to become professional way and able managers to handle. Pros: a. Nice location b. good rooms c. proximity to beach d. Friendly reception staff Cons: a. Garbage disposal in below the main entrance. Very bad smell is constant at location like; Pool Cascade & Sagarika Lawns. Shared with relevant people on the issue. b. STP water is having bad smell used for watering the lawns in Sagarika Lawns. c. No POC for managing the arrangements at location and address any issue. They just forget you after booking. d. Every time you need a buggie ( electric Kart) for movement inside resort you have to contact and wait for long periods. Significant shortage of Buggies in resort. e. Found few intruders for lunch & dinner. f. HOtel staff looked clueless to handle functions seamlessly. Guys be clear if you are considering to book Radission Regards Vithal
