ok stay, but reception team inflexible nice hotel, felt reception staff could have been more flexible as we needed to delay our arrival by 1 day due to emergency, but they held us to start date we booked. i get thats the Tc’s & C’s, but somethings a little flexibility brings customers back. This was my 2nd visit at the hotel, but might now be my last as felt no comparison.
