    No Concierge on the day I arrived so amateur advice on restaurants etc was given by receptionist: which was shown to be completely wrong. Also the free sauna is only free for a deluxe room from 6-10am and 8-10pm otherwise you pay an extra €25 per person: this I find is sharp trading.
