As we mentioned during our discussion, we are a private lodging area, we are not a hotel. We provide multilingual service through online and offline (if needed). Our contact details are all listed publicly online, message or phone calling is available, but we did not receive any contact from you regarding the stay. The check in details were sent to your inbox beforehand, it was already shown as “seen”, which you had all the checking in instruction when arrived the facility. However, due to your personal reason, we didn’t know the guest who is actually staying is different from the guest who had booked the room.This incident is obligated to marked as a “No Show”, it is non-refundable. But we had decided to refund partial of the stay because we thought this was simply a miscommunication between the guests and the host. We will do our best to ensure things like this won’t happen again. We hope we will be able to host your stay with a better experience in the future.
