We stayed for a week with Crystal Holidays in Early January this year and had two rooms. The rooms were warm and were cleaned daily. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. The boot/ski room is not heated, so I suggest using the heated lockers by the main ski lift. (40 euros per week). The bar prices were very reasonable. The food was very hit and miss, quite often it was not hot. There was not a great deal of choice for vegetarians. A lot of the desserts looked very nice but most tasted very bland. The night club underneath did play music loudly till 4am on a few nights, but with ear plugs you could not hear it. The location of the hotel was great - 5 minute walk to the slopes and some great bars nearby. Amazing views of the Piste from the balcony rooms.
