The President hotel in Bloemfontein was the worst hotel to sleep in in a while. The carpets in all the three rooms we booked were unbearably dirty. Save for the clean bedding, I would have walked out and slept in the street. They changed me to a better room when i insisted only to find that the door does not lock. My worst experience in a while.
