Immediate disappointment. Dirty, outdated, check in process was crazy. No microwave, no fridge, no room service, phone in the room didn’t even work to get front desk assistance. Barely warm shower, I do mean barely, very slippery shower, only 2 towels, and no wash cloths. Food was basically the same daily, not appealing or appetizing, so we chose delivery options. After you stood in line for at least a good 15 mins or so you were able to get 2 watered down drinks pp that we’re gone in 3 gulps, and they close at 10pm, not worth it! The beach, well don’t plan on getting in here. It’s covered in seaweed, sandbags, and it smells. The ONLY good thing was the fresh French fries you could get at the snack bar. Will not recommend this resort to anyone.
