We stayed at Princess Sense the Mangrove resort from the 13th to the 27th January. From the moment we arrived, we just loved being there.? The resort is breathtaking. On arrival, they welcome us with a drink. We checked in very quickly than we were taken to our room 3107. I could not ask for a better room We stayed in a swim up room, very spacious, luxurious and well equipped. The fridge was stocked every day, same for snacks, coffee and tea bags. The housekeeper Janet was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious.? The Food Market buffet had a big variety of food, impossible not to find something to eat, and the other restaurants were amazing. We enjoyed The Pearl and Umami the most. All the staff is super friendly and well mannered. Always smiling and ready to help but do not forget to tip them ??? The beach is stunning. The sand is very white and soft with its little white shells...I loved it!??I took some very pleasant walks at sunset. The sea could be the penalising factor due to the seaweed, however I loved that too. I will definitely go back one day and I highly recommend people to visit this little piece of paradise ?? The only think I am very disappointed about is the EXCURSION OFFICE. I booked the SUNSET CATAMARAN CRUISE with snorkelling and Rick's Cafe. The bus came to collect as at 11.30. By 12.15 we were in 7 miles beach where we had to wait for the Catamaran till 14.30. Very upsetting!!! We had to wait (we were not the only ones) 2 hrs on that beach, beautiful I have to say, but very unsafe. We had to stay on very dirty sunbeds, with all sorts of people walking up and down?the beach trying to sell all sorts of things. It was unsafe to leave our bags and go to swim. We realized that it was a strategy to sell souvenirs and buy food and drinks at the restaurant. If only we had known we would have organised ourself differently. Rick's Cafe. Very dangerous to get in and out the boat onto the rocky platform. My point of view no worth it. The second excursion booked at the Blue Lagoon me and my partner came back with 28 and 30 bites of mosquitos or some other little insects in the Lagoon. If we only knew! I decided to go back to talk to KAMIL, the Tropical Tour agent, she was not there. I met instead a man from a?different tour operator and a colleague of Kamil. When I started talking about my experience the guy sat behind the desk, stretched out his leg, put his hands behind his head pretending to sleep annoyed by my talking. TRULY OFFENSIVE BHAVIOUR. The lady justified herself saying that she was not the ones who sold the excursion. The next day I spoke to Kamil who, with some attitude,? replied that it wasn't his problem because this is how the excursion is organized. About the mosquitos' bites, she replayed saying that she does not get bitten so she knows nothing. The only?thing I wanted her to understand was to be more accurate and transparent with customers when selling excursion in order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences as had
