The receptionist was absolutely horror. I arrive at 3AM and she started yelling at me why i make the reservation online and not there. I told her i want to do it online and she yelled at me ' i told you not to do it'. Why do you hire those people? I make a mistake on the date instead of 28th the app took 29th. I only need a room from 3AM to 8AM because I was exhausted. Instead of helping me she yelled at me the whole time why I reserved online.
