I cannot rave enough about the hotel! It has such a perfect location in the heart of Shenzhen’s CBD area, with the entrance to Gangxia subway station located right at the hotel’s doorstep. Hotel newly opened in 2026, but there is no renovation smell in the room at all. Room was in tip top condition, and I loved the bed and pillows. My body has never felt so well supported! I also really appreciated the hotel’s free self-service laundry room. Both washing machines and dryers were extremely straight-forward to operate, and I got my clothes nice and clean within an hour! The hotel breakfast spread had a good variety and I’m very satisfied with the options.
