I'd never been to Bulgaria so it was a total new experience for me. The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable, I was all-inclusive and the food was plentiful with beer, wine, coffee, tea and soft drinks available at the bar and in the restaurant. The staff were hardworking, Ievelyn at reception was particularly helpful. My only bugbear was the stairs at the front of the hotel, very pretty but for me, being disabled, I couldn't negotiate them. They were steep and lacked any proper banisters or rails to help with getting up and down. I was dropped at the hotel in the dark and it took me an age to get up the stairs to the hotel proper. Nobody from the hotel came out to help me, not the best start to my holiday.
