The stay was OK, despite the constant noise that we encountered by being very near the elevator, ice machine, pay washer/dryer. The staff, while being cordial, is completely unaware of the inconveniences this had caused. They offered us to change rooms at the most inoperative time towards the latter part of our stay but this was just too late. This lack of empathy leaves something to be desired. Shame on you.
