Hotel was ideally located for our weekend trip, and was very welcoming with a fast check in process. Parking was only ￡5 for a 24hour period so great value for money compared to other hotels. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. Bathroom was immaculate and nicely decorated and came with Dove handwash and shampoo/shower accessories which was a lovely touch. Although there wasn't a fridge, we had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities along with ironing board, hairdryer, extra pillows and a large TV with Netflix. Slept wonderfully...very peaceful and great black out curtains. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of hot and cold products...plenty of choice and food was hot! Lady who greeted us in restaurant was extremely helpful and asked about allergies. My friend has a nut allergy, so the member of staff proceeded to explain about which products to avoid. This was extremely helpful and essential. This put my friend at ease immediately. The bar are and restaurant again were exceptionally clean and tidy. Decor and seating in bar area was very tasteful and comfortable. Our checkout process was very quick and easy. Over all a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others Thank you for a lovely stay ??
