Check In was a breeze. At the arrival we were upgraded to the king room. Since we were traveling with 2 kids, the front desk manager was kind enough to offer a ground level room with no stairs. The room was large and clean with 2 TVs to enjoy. The pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and a good mix of options available. The check out was the same as the check in. Though the time was 11am, we have been given extended check out time till 12 noon. Overall an excellent stay.
