It's a lovely hotel overall. The staff were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed a dinner at Palmer's restaurant, very much. The location is very convenient. Only complaint was that the guest laundry washing machine was filthy. There was no way I would put our clothes into that machine. We had to source out a nearby laundromat, which was an additional expense and inconvenience. Didn't expect that atvsn otherwise nice hotel.
