Guest 时间:2026/02/01The chalet itself is very nice, room cosy and nice balcony. However the food is poor. We didn't enjoy the meals here and even though we paid for half board we ate elsewhere for half the week as meals weren't enjoyable and the atmosphere too formal in the restaurant it does not feel relaxing after a day skiing. There are some really good restaurants in the town with a friendly atmosphere. The charges when you leave are also a shock, even though you pay for dinner half board we had charges for water that was put on the table every day and be careful if you use the coffee machine in the room as you also get charged every time you make a cup. We we were given water on the room only on day one after that you have to fill a bottle from the bathroom. They also take the glasses away for some reason after day one. Although the chalet is beautiful its a shame its too formal. If we ever stayed again we would just stay with breakfast only as you can always have dinner there if you like the look of the menu. Locker facilities for your ski gear are really good and the chalet offers a shuttle service to the lifts and this was ideal. This place could be so good. Its at the nice end of town, beautiful building and views. Close to the Diable lift. Great ski room. Its such a shame about the food and atmosphere at meal times as well as charging for tea and coffee in the rooms and water with dinner.酒店回复:Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review following your stay with us. Our half-board menu is prepared by the same culinary team as our Michelin-starred restaurant, with the same attention to quality, technique and presentation. The dining room service is intentionally conducted in the French style — attentive and refined — though we understand that after a full day of skiing, some guests may prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. We regret that this ambiance did not feel comfortable for you. We would also like to clarify a few points concerning the charges mentioned. Water and other beverages ordered in the restaurant are not included in the half-board package and are therefore billed separately. However, tea and coffee facilities in the room are complimentary; only drinks ordered at the bar during the day are charged. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we continuously strive to combine gastronomic excellence with the warm atmosphere that characterises our family-run establishment.
