HEAVEN ON EARTH I was very impressed with the warmth and hospitality of every one of the employees at Corcovado Wilderness Lodge, an SCP hotel, last week (January 27 thru 30th). I must say that I truly felt particularly impressed with the degree of commitment and excellence that was shown by some of them, with whom I had a chat to find out what the secret was. All of them told me that they were very happy at the lodge, where nature and the atmosphere of belonging to a soul community project made them feel completely identified with their jobs. It was an extraordinary experience, and I think your project sets an example for the world. It is possible to manage a business where everyone is doing their best possible effort to make you feel welcome and at home. Luis at the restaurants, Caleb with the transports, Wilson, Egbert, Eduard, Miguelito, Sol, Karol, Leyner, Nery, Osmar, Duvan, Marcos, David, Andrea, Andrey, and Luis Alberto Mora Mendez, who was starting his first day on Friday, January 30th. The conversations that I had with all of them assured me that you are an expert manager, who knows how important it is that people feel dignified through their work, and that this is the best way to ensure the excellent response they all demonstrate.
