Staff went out of way to contact me about my arrival to see if I needed help, as well as she allowed us to check in quite early. Room in great condition. Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice.
