The beds in the room were horrible - I developed excruciating back pain as a result of the mattress not having enough support
Food was awful - app did not work and the lady who booked restaurants was only available from 10-3 so not an option if you had excursions. I asked front desk for assistance but no one got back to me. My husband developed food poisoning as a result
They gave me a resort credit and didn’t give me instructions on how to use it so when I went to pay at the end, they said that I couldn’t use it and had to pay full price
Selection of food was very limited. We eat seafood so the lunch grill had no options
Would never stay here again, especially for the price, I would expect better quality
