I am currently staying at this four-star resort with my wife to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process took nearly one hour. For a resort of this standard, especially on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, I expected a far more efficient and welcoming experience. The long delay immediately affected what was meant to be a relaxing and memorable stay. The following day, we had a pre-reserved 30-minute spa session each. However, the masseuse never came and we ended up waiting for over an hour. This significantly disrupted our schedule and wasted valuable time at the resort. When you plan a short romantic getaway, every minute counts, and such poor time management is unacceptable for a four-star establishment. Overall, the lack of organization and punctuality fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards, especially during peak or special occasions. Very disappointing experience.
