Staff at check-in were great. However, you had to hold the toilet handle down the entire time to have the water flush, the wifi was not secure and there was not an option for a secure one to put the code in that was provided at check-in, the pool was shut down (Main reason the hotel was booked), the shower handle was reversed for hot and cold, one of the kids took a cold shower because they couldn't figure it out, and the sofa bed was covered in dirty spots.
