We booked 3 weeks before my stay with my girlfriend and I drove 4 hours to the hotel we were to supposed to stay at and when we get to the time we are supposed to check in which was at 4pm the people at the front end up telling us that our reservation wasn’t in the system and we contacted ******* for 2 hours mind you it’s already 6pm and they didn’t do anything about it so I had to drive another 4 hours home. So unprofessional and bad customer service lost a customer.
