The room was very clean and I felt like I was living there. We communicated using four different messaging tools during our stay. I'm not sure what the mistake was, but I was told my luggage would be delivered to my room, but it never actually arrived. I left a message on the hotel's account, but it wasn't read, so I contacted the front desk directly, who apologized profusely and delivered it 15 minutes later. On my way to the front desk, I noticed my luggage in the cleaning room and asked the staff if they could keep it for me, but they said they couldn't give it to me because there were no instructions. The pool was very nice, but the walls were a little slimy.
